YouthBanks bring together young people who want to design and implement socially innovative projects in order to resolve issues that they consider important. For a project to be regarded as social innovation it has to offer a new solution to an old problem, it has to be conducted with common good purpose and needs to engage and empower those whose problem it is solving. In past ten years, through the YouthBank Program we have supported socially innovative projects throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Total of 1,735 projects were supported, implemented by 20.935 enterprising young volunteers, including 730.574 direct beneficiaries of the project with value of 6.353.810 BAM.
