The Mozaik Foundation, with headquarters in Sarajevo and an office in Banja Luka, is a non-governmental, non-profit, multi-ethnic and pro-European organization that helps young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region reach their full potential. Donation conditions

Funds once donated cannot be returned. Donations are not taxable and the donation amount does not include VAT. For complaints, please contact donacije@mozaik.ba.

The Mozaik Foundation will handle donors’ private data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR directive, with the application of appropriate technical and security measures to protect personal data.

Statement on the collection and use of personal data

The Mozaik Foundation undertakes to protect the personal data of donors, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about donors that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of the Foundation are responsible for respecting the principles of personal data protection.

Statement of Conversion

All donations will be made in convertible marks. The amount for which your credit card will be charged is obtained by converting the price from the currency in which your card or paypal is in convertible marks, according to the valid exchange rate list of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference in the amount paid compared to the original donation amount displayed on our website.
