A Bridge to the Local Community
45 Municipalities and Cities Using the Same Methodology
A local community should not have to build a strong youth-development model from scratch. Mozaik Foundation brings the methodology, tools, training and transparent processes. The local government brings local knowledge, ownership and investment. Together, we have supported 5.585 youth-led projects across Bosnia and Herzegovina. That means one useful connection to a new municipality or city can open opportunities for an entire new generation of young people.

A Bridge Between Companies and Working Solutions
Companies Can Join Systems That Already Work
A company does not always need to create a new social-impact programme from scratch. Through Mozaik Foundation, it can connect directly with existing solutions: nikogladan.ba for companies with surplus food; ReUseChain.ba for circular-economy opportunities and surplus materials; and Mozaik YouthBanks and Blue Grants for supporting young people, Skills and youth-led businesses. 150+ companies on ReUseChain.ba. 505 businesses and microbusinesses supported. The infrastructure already exists. The right company can enter it and immediately expand what is possible.

Our Homeland does not end at its borders. People, knowledge, markets and capital outside Bosnia and Herzegovina can become part of the same System.
Global Partners · Development and International Networks
UN agencies, development partners and other international organisations work with Mozaik Foundation on joint programmes because we bring tested methodology, local partners and documented accountability for results. A good international connection can open access to knowledge, partnerships and resources that would otherwise remain outside the reach of local communities and young people.
