Building Our Homeland · Your Type
Your answers show that you do not accept the idea that young people have to leave to find opportunity. You look for ways to give them real Skills, first practical experience and a path to a quality Job here, in their Homeland.
Why This Matters for Our Homeland
young people in the Rolify community. Most want to stay. What they need are the right Skills and a real opportunity to use them.
Our System
Our System supports a young person from their first real Skills to their first career opportunities through three connected steps.

Step 1 of 3
First Skills Through Real Projects
For more than two decades, Mozaik YouthBanks have worked on a simple principle: 30% theory and 70% practice. A young person does not wait for a diploma before taking responsibility. They bring a team together, receive a small budget and lead a real project in their own community. The Skills they build are documented and mapped to the WEF Global Skills Taxonomy, leaving them with clear evidence of what they know and can do.
“My first project through Mozaik YouthBanks taught me how to manage a budget, negotiate and report, so today I can handle those tasks independently. I now work on things I care about, and I know it all started with that first step.”

Skills Connected with Opportunities
Skills without opportunity do not give young people enough reason to build their future here. That is why Mozaik Foundation created Rolify.com, a platform that uses AI-supported career guidance to help people understand their next steps and connect with concrete opportunities, including Jobs, entrepreneurship support, export opportunities and investment pathways.
The more young people can see and access real opportunities here, the more realistic staying becomes.
“I joined Mozaik YouthBanks as a secondary-school student. At the time, three expected paths seemed to lie ahead of me: leave the country, try to build something here or continue the family business. I was looking for a place to learn what school does not teach you: how to run a meeting, make a decision and take responsibility for the result. Today, those Skills are part of my everyday work. I work in my municipality and advise a new Mozaik YouthBanks team. To young people thinking about leaving, I say what I had to learn myself: first try to create a real result here through a programme or project. I am grateful that a System like Mozaik exists here and recognises your work. That is exactly what gave me a reason to stay.”

“I came to Rolify Skills Academy because I needed one specific Skill. I left with an entire network of people, a serious portfolio and a Job offer. The difference between university theory and what you learn here is that here you learn that a result has to be delivered, not only understood.”

Careers That Can Be Built in Our Homeland
When a young person has Skills and a clearer path forward, there are two practical ways to build a career here.
Local Employers · Rolify Matching
Employers looking for young talent can connect with candidates who have documented Skills mapped to the WEF Global Skills Taxonomy and a concrete portfolio of first projects. Young people get a stronger opportunity to prove what they can do before someone asks for years of previous experience.

“Together with Mozaik and UNFPA, we implemented a training programme for long-term unemployed women who faced challenges entering or returning to the labour market. What made this different from conventional programmes was its focus on strengthening human capital, gender equality in the labour market and, ultimately, empowering women to improve their knowledge and Skills and become more competitive. For us, this was an important and socially responsible investment in people and the wider community.”
