Vision
We believe that every good organization has a duty to engage in social processes where its knowledge and resources can make a significant contribution. At Mozaik, our primary focus is on creating an ecosystem for the development of young leaders and role models. However, the knowledge and innovations stemming from our core mission, combined with our systemic and partnership approach, open up exciting opportunities for us to further engage in philanthropy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, precisely where this knowledge and innovation can make a crucial difference.
Systemic Approach
Our strength lies not only in clearly identifying the root causes of problems but also in creating systemic, sustainable, and long-lasting solutions that carefully include all relevant stakeholders in the process. While working closely with humanitarian organizations and valuing their important work, our approach is focused on the fundamental and systemic fight against the roots of injustice, bringing together different sectors into a unified force that transforms society in the long term.
We deeply value and respect the indispensable role of humanitarian work in addressing immediate needs and crises. That is why we work closely with humanitarian organizations in prioritizing issues they tackle, and then aim to create long-term systemic solutions to the most pressing challenges.
Results and Plans
Our initiatives go beyond individual projects; they are drivers of real change. Whether it’s about reforms in VAT laws, enabling card donations to a wider number of NGOs, initiatives like the digital food bank, the development of an organ transplantation system, or the implementation of sustainable ecological practices, our work focuses on key philanthropic areas that shape the future of our society.

We are confident that the Mozaik Investment Summit can have transformational effects, helping position BiH among the most innovative small economies in Europe and the world.
Approach
Our approach is unique; we create an intimate environment that brings together exceptional minds from various sectors. By eschewing traditional marketing and publicity in favor of authenticity, we build trust as the foundation for open dialogue among diverse yet aligned groups: investors, academic and development experts, young leaders, and distinguished guests from politics and the NGO sector. Centered around key themes of investment and human capital development, our sessions provide insights from globally recognized institutions like Harvard Business School, Bain & Company, and the World Economic Forum. This tranquil, closed setting, away from the media, is designed to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the initiation of innovative projects.
Expected Results
The aim of the Mozaik Investment Summit is to launch new projects with the potential to achieve unicorn status and to reform public policies in the areas of investment and human capital development, thus helping accelerate BiH and the region towards European integration. The Summit will become a powerful catalyst for regional and local progress. Ultimately, we strive to create an attractive and secure Bosnia and Herzegovina, where diverse investors and our brightest minds, both within and outside BiH, will find opportunities for development and global competitiveness.

Our Approach
- Working in thematic clusters – achieving greater accomplishment together. We are focused on creating partnerships between parties representing the same philanthropic interests (such as education, healthcare, environmental protection, etc.) integrating ESG principles of socially responsible business.
- Operational approach – because different charity remains only a good intention. The team of the Philanthropy Forum provides strategic and operational support to interest groups, ensuring that our initiatives have a real impact.
- Integration of PR and marketing expertise – because we want to be visible. The engagement of experts in the field of PR and marketing is responsible for strengthening our communication strategies and campaigns and plays a significant role in promoting the importance of philanthropy.
- Expanding membership – because everyone can be a philanthropist. A larger number of members of the Philanthropy Forum creates synergy and increases the Forum‘s ability to achieve positive social impact. The diversity of members contributes to a richer environment, enabling collaboration, and the exchange of ideas and innovations, which improves efficiency in facing social challenges.

- Legislative changes: Legislation creates a framework that allows safe, responsible, and sustainable philanthropy. It should help in building a favorable environment for donors, organizations, and recipients of philanthropic support.
- Promotion of philanthropy: By leading campaigns that highlight positive examples and individuals in the field of philanthropy, we want to raise awareness of the importance of using all available resources for the purpose of creating a more humane society.
