Our Approach
Our approach is a thoughtful fusion of inspiration and practicality, shaped by the profound insights of the World Economic Forum’s “Future of Jobs” report. We’re not just observers of the future; we’re active participants in its making. By blending the connectivity of platforms like LinkedIn with the collective wisdom of communities like Quora, Rolify doesn’t just provide a network—it provides upskilling and reskilling opportunities and cultivates a breeding ground for change-makers. Our community is a beacon of mentorship, financial empowerment, and a nurturing ground for the development of not only skills but also the character required to wield those skills with empathy and integrity.

Unleashing Potential
Our journey began in 2008, marking the start of what would become a transformative movement within Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond. At Mozaik YouthBanks, we see young people not as tomorrow’s promise but as today’s most vibrant and capable force for change. Our conviction lies in the untapped potential of the youth—viewing them not through the lens of challenges but as key architects of a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable future. This journey is a shared adventure, where we, alongside the youth, actively forge paths toward a better world for all.
Empowering through Engagement
Our focus is crystal clear: we empower young individuals through upskilling and practical education while providing them with hands-on experience, and open doors to the jobs of the future. We believe in nurturing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, digital literacy, empathy and adaptability, all of which we cultivate through our program.
What sets us apart is our close collaboration with local communities and authorities. Together, we created 50 local funds that young people manage themselves. This isn’t just about trust; it’s about responsibility that we entrust to the youth which in turn significantly improves their learning experience. Through these funds, we develop skills that are crucial for the future of work and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
Measurable Impact and Growth
Our results speak for themselves. Each year, we award grants for around 550 youth projects, mobilize over 10,000 volunteers, and receive support from over 1,100and receive support from over 1,100 institutions, organizations, companies, and individuals from the communities. But that’s not the end of the story! We also support the launch of over 250 micro-businesses, fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth in communities.
Purpose
We believe that startups are more than businesses; they are catalysts for profound societal and environmental transformation. We envision a world where entrepreneurial innovation drives sustainable development, and our role as the administrative arm of the Tech 4 Impact Fund is to turn this vision into reality.
Our Approach
Our approach builds upon the foundational youth skills developed through Rolify and YouthBanks. We provide a seamless transition from skill acquisition to startup execution, offering end-to-end support that covers everything from initial concept to market entry and beyond. This comprehensive support system includes mentorship, strategic guidance, and critical resources, ensuring that startups not only achieve financial viability but also make meaningful contributions to society. By connecting these elements, we create a cohesive journey from skill-building to real-world application, addressing global challenges in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
Results
Results are tangible and significant. We have successfully invested in 100 startups, a testament to our commitment to nurturing promising ventures. Our startups have an impressive 71% survival rate, demonstrating resilience and long-term viability. These results showcase our effective model in creating impact businesses. Our startups are not just surviving; they are thriving, driving economic growth, and contributing to a sustainable future.
